Photography adds an extra dimension to the things that interest and matter to me, and I am happy to share that. I shoot quite broadly, but I prefer the outdoors, especially the marine element. The sea, the coast, and maritime life have always drawn me in.

I’ve never been the kind of nature photographer who immediately sets out to capture rare bird sightings or who waits in a hide to photograph large predators. My approach has always been more about quiet presence than pursuit.
